These groups are made up of a mix of 6th, 7th, and 8th grade students with a teacher moderator. The groups choose a patron saint for the year and complete a variety of lessons, tasks, service, and social events. This system gives 8th graders a leadership opportunity as well as helps new 6th graders adjust to middle school life. In the past, groups have trained with Special Olympic athletes, visited local nursing homes, done charity fundraisers, and much more as they focus on putting their Catholic faith into action, even at a young age.[/vc_column_text][vc_empty_space alter_height=”small” hide_on_mobile=”” css=”.vc_custom_1492086087593{margin-bottom: 0.35rem !important;}”][/vc_column][vc_column width=”1/2″][vc_single_image image=”1037″ img_size=”full” style=”vc_box_border”][/vc_column][/vc_row]
