The purpose of the Athletic Program is to provide the opportunity for every child who attends St. Aloysius Catholic School or St. Aloysius Parish Religious Education Program (PREP) to participate in team and individual sports.

We strive to provide a competitive environment that fosters healthy competition, good sportsmanship and Christian attitudes. Participation in sports provides development of good health, athletic skills and knowledge of sports and develops a positive self-image and competitive spirit.

The St. Aloysius Men’s Club sponsors the parish athletics program primarily through fundraising and financial support. The Men’s Club subsidizes the athletics program in an attempt to reduce the sport fees paid by each participant. Without their support, the athletics program would not be possible.

The athletics program at St. Aloysius is governed under the guidelines established by the Athletic Director and the St. Aloysius Athletic Advisory Board in conjunction with the Catholic School Athletic Association (CSAA).

As a participant, parent or coach, you agree to comply with all policies and procedures set forth by the CSAA and the Athletic Advisory Board. Each participant, parent and coach must review the CSAA Handbook and the St. Aloysius Athletics Handbook.

Guardian Angels

Student life is not contained to one grade level or one classroom.  We are always combining students in various groups to learn from each other.  “Buddies” is one such program that pairs older and younger students together.  Kindergarten/6th grade, 1st/7th, and 2nd/8th pairings allows every student to have a little brother/sister as well as a ‘guardian angel’ at school.  These groups will sit together at weekly Mass, go on special field trips, and work together throughout the year on a variety of fun activities.
